The Problem

When I was brought in to help Kantar, they were dealing with a problem of a curated content platform that was extremely difficult to navigate. Kantar IQ's main lure was that key data and content was supposed to be customized to each client and easily sortable...

Long story short, it was not. It required a lot of planning and strategy work, to help the team make progress in clear achievable steps.
